Jacob Frost Named 2026 Coca Cola Academic Team Member

Jacob Frost (Gladwin) from Mid Michigan College has been named to the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) 2026 Coca-Cola Academic Team and will receive a $1,300 scholarship.

The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation sponsors the Coca-Cola Academic Team by awarding nearly $200,000 in scholarships annually. Each scholar also receives a commemorative medallion.

Jacob attributes his time in PTK to helping him open new doors and opportunities he once thought were impossible.

“I was able to work my way up, first as an officer and then as chapter president, exposing myself to endless new experiences and opportunities in my community,” shared Frost. “Because of the unwavering faith PTK and Mid have had in me, I have the honor of being named a Coca-Cola Scholarship Recipient and have successfully transferred to the University of Michigan.”
