MT. PLEASANT, Mich., October 23, 2026 — For the sixth year, Highstreet Mt. Pleasant Agency and McArthur Insurance Agency have partnered with Frankenmuth Insurance to provide new USA flags in exchange for old, tattered flags.
Members of the community can get replacement flags beginning on November 2nd with the exchange ending on Friday, November 6, or when supplies run out.
Since beginning this program in 2021, the two agencies have exchanged nearly 425 worn USA flags in the central Michigan area, working with veteran organizations to make sure the worn flags are properly retired.

Flags are available for exchange only. Supplies are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
