Wildfire Credit Union Promotes Courtney Douponce to Commercial Loan Operations Manager

Saginaw, MI—June 24, 2026—Wildfire Credit Union proudly congratulates Courtney Douponce on her recent promotion to Commercial Loan Operations Manager. With 16 years of dedicated service at Wildfire across both the Contact Center and Business Services departments, Courtney brings a deep understanding of the credit union and a strong commitment to helping local businesses obtain the financing needed to support growth, expansion, and long-term success. She has also accumulated 16 years of management and banking experience over the course of her career, further strengthening her leadership and operational expertise.

Courtney is a graduate of Northwood University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration, and Saginaw Valley State University, where she later earned her master’s degree in business administration. Her extensive educational background, combined with her hands-on experience in Business Services, has contributed to her exceptional success in serving Wildfire’s business members.

Outside of her role at Wildfire, Courtney is a devoted wife and mother of two and an active leader within the community. She is a member of the Bay City Lions Club, serves as Board Secretary for Bay County Habitat for Humanity, and helps organize the Bay Area Women’s Center’s annual Wildly Gourmet Dinner, which raises funds to support individuals and families escaping domestic violence situations. Courtney’s dedication to both her profession and her community makes her a valued member of the Wildfire team, and we look forward to seeing her continue to make an impact in her new role.
