Mt. Pleasant Jaycees Grant Over $10,000 to Community Organizations

Each spring and fall, the Mt. Pleasant Jaycees grants out money raised from the Mt. Pleasant Craft Beer Festival towards projects and initiatives from various community organizations. This May, they have granted out $10,005 dollars towards projects that range from baby wipes for families in need, to elementary school snack cupboards.

“It feels amazing to know that we are helping these organizations further their impact in our community, and it is great to know that we are making a difference,” said President of the Mt. Pleasant Jaycees, Claire Doty.
