The Rollie Denison Leadership Institute Class of 2008-09 created an endowment fund as their class project that has the potential to open doors for members of our community to develop their leadership skills. As such, they created the Rollie Denison Leadership Institute Leadership Enhancement Fund. The mission of the fund is to be available for any activity or opportunity that develops or enhances leadership skills and/or the leadership base of Isabella County.
The Class of 2008-09 did a fantastic job of getting this fund established! However, in order for the endowment to provide funds, it needs to reach $10,000 in value. The fund currently has $7300. As such, our class’ goal is to increase the fund by $13,000 with the intent of providing more than one opportunity per year! The first phase of this project is to seek donations from people that have a hand in the RDLI program and a vested interest in developing future leaders. This group includes current RDLI class members, RDLI alumni, members of the Mt. Pleasant Area Chamber of Commerce and anyone committed to advancing leadership in Isabella County.
Here is the incredibly powerful part – your tax deductible donation, regardless of size, will help to establish a permanent source of funding for leadership opportunities in our community! Any amount you can give will help and is greatly appreciated.
