Non-Profit Exhibit Application

In an effort to reach out to nonprofit organizations and service clubs, the Mt. Pleasant Area Chamber of Commerce offers special display opportunities at Business Expo in which small non-profit organizations may display at the greatly reduced rate.  They must be a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization.

 

Non-Profit SHARED Display:

These will be 8’ X 10’ booths that will be placed in the show by the Expo Committee (they are not part of the “Non-Profit Group Display.”)  They are called, “Shared” because they are shared by TWO non-profit organizations.  The charge is $100 for Chamber members and $200 for Non-members.  Exhibitors may choose their sharing partners by signing up at the same time.

 

Non-Profit GROUP Display:

The charge is $25 for Chamber members and $50 for non-members.  They share group exhibit space that is made up of 8’ X 10’ booth spaces that are next to each other.  No more than three organizations will share each of the 8’ X 10’ spaces.  For example:  If eleven non-profits sign up for the GROUP display, the entire “Non-Profit Group Display” would be the equivalent of four booths. For each equivalent 8’ X 10’ space we will provide a skirted table, two chairs and a waist basket. Space is limited.  The size of the Group display will determined by the Business Expo committee and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
